200 miles for your help

Madison half marathon finish line!

Recently, I ran Madison and Green Bay half marathon. Both races in extreme heat. Green Bay half marathon was even cancelled because there were too many people having heat exhaustion. I managed to finish both. Running with that heat wasn't easy... but that is nothing compared with what people in my country are going through right now.

Violence is taking over the youth in Honduras. And we are making headlines like this:

So, help me help them! I'll be running at 200 mile relay race (http://www.ragnarrelay.com/race/greatriver) from August 17 - 18. Help me by donating anything from 1$ - 200$... anything will help. Maybe 1$/mile?
